Are you licensed/Insured?

Yes, Max Effort is licensed and bonded in Washington state and Oregon states.

What if I didn’t buy floors yet?

No problem, if you feel overwhelmed by the choices out there, just give us a call. We will give you a consultation based on your situation/finances.

What should I consider when buying floors?

Most people do a lot of research before starting a new project. When buying floors you should consider your budget and situation (do you want kid/pet friendly floors?). Additional things to consider before starting a remodel: How will you transport the floors? How will you dispose the waste?

How long will it take to complete the installation?

Preparation is key!!! We also account for the sqft that needs to be installed. We will work with your schedule to get the job done.

What can delay my installation?

Pre existing condition of subfloors (are they leveled/damaged). This can be discovered during the demolition process and can delay installation. Often owner don’t account for unexpected expenses. We will work hard to reduce stress and to maintain the installation schedule.

What warranties are offered?

Typically there is a limited manufacturer warranty that is included with the flooring purchase. We offer a 90 day installation guarantee.

What should I expect during the estimate?

We will inspect the condition of subfloor, material type you chose, the layout and size of the house. This helps plan for the fastest installation time.

What should I expect on installation day?

Have a space to move furniture to. Remove all valuables/breakables to a safe space. Plan for moderate amount of noise and potential dust.

Reminder: By city code, quiet time is 10pm-7am.
